New MyDQS offers transparency for your audit projects

Dear DQS Customer

As of today, the new customer portal MyDQS 2.0 goes online at www.mydqs.com.

With this complete overhauled MyDQS, we are taking the next step in the digitalization of our processes and communication channels.

In MyDQS 2.0, you will find details of your site(s), as well as information on your audits and certificates - regardless of which DQS office is in charge of your procedures.

Key features of the new customer portal:

  • Dashboard for an overview of the status of audits with additional analytical information and reporting features
  • Every customer location (site) served by DQS is available no matter where or which office and country handles the location.  
  • Clearly arranged and intuitive user interface
  • In the user administration, users can be authorized individually for more than one location.
  • MyDQS 2.0 offers transparency and control of the status at each site: thanks to our digital Audit Manager, non-conformities and opportunities from audits who were conducted using this digital audit tool, are visible and can be monitored and analysed.  
  • Analyse and benchmark audit results from the Audit Manager with other audits in the same organization
  • Easy to use download options either in .pdf, csv or xls are available for these audit results. 
  • Facilitates the continuous improvement of management systems in the whole organization
  • Donloadable reports and certificates 
  • Status updates on audits: information about your auditors and contact options to your customer service
  • The encryption method for login is based on a high level of security
  • Prostredie aplikácie MyDQS 2.0 responsive, čo znamená, že sa automaticky prispôsobuje monitoru používateľa ako aj tabletom a mobilným telefónom.
