European Foundation for Quality Management
In your organization, you are well versed in modern management systems and methods – but you strive for more. You are looking for guidance on which initiatives and improvement measures will provide your organization with the maximum meaning and purpose, according to your strategy and taking into account your guiding principles. Your objectives: more corporate quality – and more competitive ability. The Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), with
its holistic corporate perspective, offers the perfect approach for the implementation of the TQM concept (Total Quality Management) for those who strive to achieve top performance. DQS offers a diverse portfolio of value-adding assessments according to EFQM, which we can use to support and accompany you on your way to excellence.
DQS – Longtime Member of EFQM
The EFQM model was developed in 1988 to strengthen European companies for global competition. It was last modified in early 2013 to reflect the latest developments and needs of organizations. The basic requirement is the inclusion of all employees in the continuous improvement process, in order to achieve and sustain better results. The evaluation of nine criteria, which are based on eight basic principles, forms the three pillars of EFQM: “People – Processes – Results”.
Where do you stand? DQS has the answers for you
As a member of EFQM and partner of the German quality initiative “Ludwig-Erhard-Preis e.V. (ILEP)”, we can offer implementation of the pan-European harmonized evaluations “Committed to Excellence (C2E)” and ”Recognised for Excellence (R4E)”, as well as other, company-specific EFQM assessments.
How it works
DQS assessments according to EFQM: together with you, our auditors will evaluate the eight basic principles and nine criteria of excellence. You will receive a certificate of recognition, as well as a report with the identified strengths and potential for improvement of your organization.
